We’re currently extending Introductory 2025 Pricing to a limited number of local winery partners as we continue expanding our regional film catalog.

All packages include creative direction, editing, color finishing, and licensed music.
Still photography, drone coverage, and heritage film formats are available as add-ons.

Tasting

A handcrafted highlight film that captures the feeling of your space - a visual tasting note that shares your atmosphere, light, and hospitality.

• Up to 3 hours on location

Barrel Select

A cinematic short film that tells your story - your philosophy, your process, and your people - with warmth and intention.
This is where storytelling and craft meet: the perfect balance of authenticity and artistry.

Standard Rate: $3,200

• One full day of production
• Story film (up to 3 minutes) with multiple social edits
• Professionally lit and recorded interview(s)

Vineyard Reserve

A story-driven portrait of your vineyard’s rhythm and the artistry behind it - blending intimate moments with sweeping cinematic visuals.

• Two-person crew for comprehensive coverage
• One to two days of filming capturing both story and environment
• Professionally lit and recorded interview(s)
• Feature short film (up to 5 minutes) with multiple social versions

• Extra shoot day (+ $1,000)

Estate Bottling

A complete cinematic narrative - a timeless portrait of your brand and the people behind it.

• Small, efficient crew for full cinematic coverage
• Two to three days of filming
• Multi-camera interviews with refined lighting and sound
• Brand film (up to 8 minutes) accompanied by a suite of short-form edits
• Story development and creative direction throughout

Winemaker’s Reserve

Our flagship offering - a handcrafted cinematic portrait preserving your legacy, philosophy, and place in the region’s history.

Introductory Rate: $9,000
Standard Rate: $12,000

Includes:
• Full professional crew for multi-day production
• Three to five days of filming
• Comprehensive interviews, sound design, and color finishing
• Hero film (up to 12 minutes) accompanied by a complete suite of short-form pieces
• Personalized color-grade session and sound mix

Add-ons:
• Still photography - hybrid (+ $1,200) / dedicated photographer (+ $1,500 per day)
• Drone coverage (+ $700)

Heritage Formats

Film carries a permanence that digital cannot replace.
Each format has its own soul - from the softness of Super 8 to the depth of 35 mm.

Each Heritage Day includes approximately 20 minutes of film capture, using Kodak Vision stock with professional lab processing and 4K scans.
Additional film stock may be added at cost.

Options:
• Super 8 Motion Picture Film - $600 - $800 per day
• Super 16 mm Motion Picture Film - $1,200 - $1,600 per day
• 35 mm Motion Picture Film - $2,200 - $2,800 per day
• Video Tape Camcorder - $300 - $500 per day

Booking Information

Introductory 2025 rates are available for projects booked before December 31, 2025.
Travel beyond the Santa Ynez Valley is billed at cost.
Each film is completely custom - no templates, no time limits - just stories that feel true, timeless, and distinctly yours.
