Our Craft
At Central Coast Cinematography we create motion pictures that honor heritage while embracing sustainability and modern tools. Our work is rooted in creative honesty and professional precision, with the flexibility to meet each project’s needs from vineyards and weddings to community stories and beyond.
Eco-Friendly Productions
We believe great films should leave a lasting impression, not a lasting footprint. On set we prioritize LED lighting, reusable water bottles, and recycling to keep productions clean and sustainable.
Film and Heritage Capture
We offer the best of both worlds. The clarity and flexibility of modern digital formats in both spherical and anamorphic, alongside the timeless character of real film. Super 8 and Super 16mm carry a nostalgia that feels alive. The depth of 35mm has a permanence that makes every frame feel carved in stone. For a different kind of intimacy we also offer VHS video and Polaroid stills, which capture the raw spirit of the nineties and the instant magic of a print in your hand.
These formats are not gimmicks. They are choices that shape how a story is remembered. Whether it is the grain of Kodak Vision stock, the softness of a Polaroid, the honesty of VHS, or the clarity of digital, each format gives its own weight to memory and turns passing time into something lasting.
Commercial and Brand Work
From wineries and restaurants to local businesses, we make films that reflect the truth of your work and the character of your place. Our goal is to create content that feels cinematic and rooted in the valley while ready for any audience.
Weddings and Events
We capture weddings and private events with care and precision, delivering films that preserve the spirit of the day while reflecting the beauty of the Central Coast. In the future we will also offer custom photobooths for receptions with options for Polaroids, VHS style clips, or digital keepsakes.
