Bookings
Booking with Central Coast Cinematography is designed to be simple, creative, and transparent.
Here’s how we bring your vision into action - from first contact to final delivery.
Step 1: Explore Your Story
Begin on our Offerings page to see the full suite: Wine & Heritage, Weddings, Portraits, Product, and Memberships.
Select the package that resonates most, or reach out and we’ll help tailor something unique.
Step 2: Secure Your Date
Once you’re ready, we reserve your production date.
A 25% deposit secures your slot - this deposit is non-refundable but always applies toward your total balance.
Step 3: Shoot Day
On the day of your shoot, we arrive prepared - equipment, crew, and lighting - to bring your story to life.
Typical shoot days range from up to 8-10 hours, depending on your package. Hourly overtime is available when needed.
Step 4: Delivery
We build your film and deliver the final work with care. Delivery times differ based on the scope:
Tasting / introductory films: ~3 to 7 days
Mid-tier / Barrel / Estate: 2 to 3 weeks
High scale / Heritage / multi-location: 3 to 4 weeks
Rush delivery options exist; if your project includes heritage formats (film), additional processing time may apply.
Payment & Terms
To keep production smooth and transparent, payments are structured in three stages:
25% deposit due at booking to secure your date (non-refundable, applied toward total)
50% payment invoiced before production day to cover crew, rentals, and logistics
25% balance invoiced upon delivery of the final film
All invoices are issued digitally and payable net 30 days from receipt.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit, ACH transfer, or business check.
For large productions requiring extensive gear rentals or specialized crew, a separate equipment deposit may be requested. This is fully refundable, assuming no loss or damage.
Late payments may incur a small processing fee, though we always aim to keep communication open and collaborative.
Additional Terms
Drone flights depend on weather and airspace approval.
Travel beyond the Santa Ynez Valley is billed separately (mileage, lodging, or flights as needed).
CCC retains copyright; clients receive a lifetime license to use the final films.
Raw footage is not included in any package.
Cancellations made within 14 days of a scheduled shoot may forfeit the deposit or require partial payment for reserved services.
