Bookings
Booking with Central Coast Cinematography is designed to be simple, personal, and transparent. Here’s how the process works from first contact to final delivery.
Step 1: Explore Our Offerings
Start on our Offerings page. You’ll find packages for every scale of storytelling, from quick highlights to full productions.
Add-ons like heritage film formats (Super 8, 16mm, 35mm, VHS, Polaroids) or still photography can be added to any package. Packages are flexible, so you can start small or build something ambitious right away.
Step 2: Schedule a Meeting
Before booking, we’ll connect by email, phone, or in person. This is where we learn about your story, answer questions, and help you choose the right package.
• Email: centralcoastcinematography@gmail.com
• Phone/Text: Brandon at +1 (402) 616-6266
This step keeps everything collaborative and clear before moving forward.
Step 3: Secure Your Date
Once we know your vision, we’ll place a hold on your preferred date. To finalize, we’ll send over a simple contract and invoice.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable but always apply toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due on or before delivery.
Step 4: Purchase Your Package
Clients can complete payment in two ways:
• Secure online checkout through our website (add your package and additions to cart).
• Direct invoice if you prefer to handle payment outside the site.
Step 5: Shoot Day
When the day arrives, we’ll show up ready with the right crew and equipment. Whether it’s a vineyard at sunset or a wedding reception under lights, we work carefully and unobtrusively to capture the heart of your story.
A full day is up to 10 hours. Overtime is available at an hourly rate.
Step 6: Delivery
We edit and craft your film with precision and care. Delivery times vary by package:
• Tasting / House Pour: 3 to 7 days
• Barrel Select / Vineyard Reserve: 2 to 3 weeks
• Estate Bottling / Grand Cru / Winemaker’s Reserve: 3 to 4 weeks
Rush delivery is available upon request. Projects that include film formats may take longer due to processing and scanning.
Notes
• Drone flights depend on weather and airspace approval.
• Travel, permits, location fees, and rentals may be quoted separately.
• CCC retains copyright but clients receive a lifetime license to use their final films.
• Raw footage is not included in any package.
