All packages include creative direction, editing, color finishing, and licensed music.
Drone coverage, dedicated still photography, and heritage film formats are available as add-ons.

Half-Day Film

Perfect for intimate ceremonies, small gatherings, or focused event coverage.

Introductory Rate: $1,800
Standard Rate: $2,400

Includes:
• Up to 4 hours of coverage
• Cinematic short film (up to 3 minutes)
• 3–5 social media edits
• Clean natural sound and licensed music
• One cinematographer

Full-Day Film

A cinematic retelling of your day from first arrivals to the last toast.
Balanced, authentic, and designed to feel timeless.

Introductory Rate: $3,800
Standard Rate: $4,800

• Up to 8 hours of coverage
• Short film (up to 5 minutes)
• Multiple social and vertical edits
• Sound design and ambient audio
• One to two cinematographers for seamless coverage

Signature Story Film

For celebrations that deserve detailed storytelling - elegant, layered coverage without feeling overproduced.

Introductory Rate: $6,000
Standard Rate: $7,500

• One to two days of filming
• Signature film (up to 7 minutes)
• Multiple short-form versions for social media
• Professional sound mix and color grade
• Two cinematographers for dynamic coverage

Add-ons:
• Dedicated photographer (+$1,400 per day)
• Extra shoot day (+$1,200)
• Drone coverage (+$600)

Legacy Film

A complete cinematic record - perfect for multi-day weddings or milestone events.
Refined, emotive, and documentary in spirit.

Introductory Rate: $9,000
Standard Rate: $11,500

Includes:
• Two to three days of filming
• Feature film (up to 10 minutes) with companion short edits
• Story consultation, sound design, and color finishing
• Up to two cinematographers and two photographers (if both teams booked)

Add-ons:
• Dedicated photographer (+$1,600 per day)
• Drone coverage (+$800)

Heritage Additions

Film carries a permanence that digital cannot replace.
Each format has its own soul - from the softness of Super 8 to the depth of 35 mm.

Each Heritage Day includes approximately 20 minutes of film capture, using Kodak Vision stock with professional lab processing and 4K scans.
Additional film stock may be added at cost.

Options:
• Super 8 Motion Picture Film - $600 - $800 per day
• Super 16 mm Motion Picture Film - $1,200 - $1,600 per day
• 35 mm Motion Picture Film - $2,200 - $2,800 per day
• Video Tape Camcorder - $300 - $500 per day

Booking Information

Introductory 2025 rates are available for weddings and events booked before December 31, 2025.
Travel beyond the Santa Ynez Valley is billed at cost.
Each film is handcrafted - no templates, no time limits - just stories that feel true, timeless, and distinctly yours.
